At Fields of Green Boutique, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our fulfillment and shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and special events).

During high-volume periods (such as new launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may extend slightly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Typical shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing
Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our boutique, carrier delays are beyond our control.
Local Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our boutique location:

Pickup hours:
During current store hours.
You’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please have your order confirmation or photo ID ready when picking up your order.
Preorders & Special Orders
If your order includes a preorder or custom-made item, please note that these items have extended fulfillment times.
Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available (unless otherwise noted).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after several days, please contact us and we’ll assist in locating your package.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Fields of Green Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Fields of Green Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived:

Verify the shipping address on your order.

Check with neighbors or family members.

Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen shipments.
Damaged Packages or Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [insert email address].
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or store credit.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
