Return Policy

At Fields of Green Boutique, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before completing your order.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

Returns are eligible for store credit only; refunds to original payment methods are not offered.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items — including clearance, seasonal, promotional, personalized/custom items, gift cards, and opened bath and body products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact fieldsofgreenboutique@gmail.com. Exchanges are best handled via return for store credit, but if a different size of the same item is requested and available, it will be exchanged at no charge once the original item is back in possession of Fields of Green.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can promptly resolve the matter.

 

Online Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at fieldsofgreenboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number, and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

 

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases follow the same policy and may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

 

Processing Time

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the conditions above, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

 

*Note: We ALWAYS want you to feel confident purchasing at Fields of Green. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away and we will help you get it fixed!
